Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Combo-Shops GmbH, Kärntner Straße 391, 8054 Graz, Austria, [email protected], Hotline: +43311221216) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please avoid damage or contamination. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage. These instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

For the return, you will receive a free return label from us. Simply contact our customer service. Please note that costs for parcels returned independently without using the return label cannot be reimbursed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
